His exhibition at Meštrović Gallery is located in the small studio for modelling sculptures in clay and it focuses on only two segments among the various expressions Missia has experienced during his artistic and life span. Those are his coloristic landscapes, mostly of his birthplace, and his late twist towards modelling sensual women, which so far was displayed in acrylic on his large canvases. This exhibition is like a peeking, just a ray of light, partial opening of the door into a world full of coloristic expression, of known and unknown vedutas often touched by human presence. It is an invitation to Frano's world, which together with latent melancholy and reflection on disapproval, primarily carries unparalleled joie de vivre, as well as inexhaustible emotions for beauty.
