Versatile musician and composer Daniel Greco Costa was born in 1989 in London to a family of Italian and Portuguese heritage. He initially studied piano at the Académie de Musique Rainier III but soon developed a strong interest in jazz and his Latin roots. He furthered his education at the Escola Superior de Música e Artes do Espectáculo in Portugal and at Berklee College of Music, where he achieved exceptional results.
Throughout his musical journey, Daniel learned from renowned artists such as Gary Burton, Chick Corea, and Kurt Rosenwinkel. He performed and composed music in various countries, collaborating with esteemed musicians and receiving recognition for his outstanding talent.
His debut album, "Suite Três Rios," recorded in Rio de Janeiro, received critical acclaim and reached high positions on international charts. His subsequent albums, including "Skyness" and "Beams," continued to showcase his unique style and featured collaborations with respected artists.
Beyond his musical pursuits, Daniel has shared his knowledge through master workshops and explored other academic disciplines, such as philosophy and linguistics. He has also contributed articles to publications like Encyclopaedia Britannica, highlighting his versatility as an educator and writer.
