It's easier to describe this target with a metaphor. Mirko Radonjić (1984, Podgorica) is a graduate painter and theater director. He has directed at the Royal Theatre Zetski dom, Montenegrin National Theatre, Subotica National Theatre, Studio K Budapest, and independent productions. His plays are based on classics of world literature, as well as domestic dramatic texts. He has received awards for his productions at theater festivals in Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Bulgaria. He is also involved in set design and lighting design. Since 2014, he has been one of the lecturers at the Drama Studio Prazan prostor.

Ilija Đurović (1990, Podgorica) is a writer who equally successfully writes novels (Sampas), short stories (Oni to tako divno rade u velikim ljubavnim romanima, Crne ribe), poetry (Brid), as well as film scripts and dramatic texts. His play Uspavani (co-written with Mirjana Medojević) was awarded at the competition of the Montenegrin National Theatre for contemporary drama in 2019.
