Klapa "Filip Dević" cultivates a repertoire of Dalmatian folk songs arranged uniquely. Instead of the first tenor, female vocals are sung. This and the instrumental accompaniment make this choir and its singing style unique. In addition to Dalmatian folk songs, the choir also performs popular songs, mainly from Split festivals, which have become so famous and beloved among the audience that they can almost be called "folk" songs.
In its 45 years of activity, they released five audio recordings, two solo albums, and three joint albums with other sections of the Society.
They performed in many European countries, twice in the USA, and twice in Australia and New Zealand, participated in almost all city and county celebrations, and are often a welcome guest on local radio stations.
In the beginning, they were led by Maestro Rajko Kraljević, followed by Joško Banov, Vinko Lesić, and Vilibald Pečenik. From 1995 to 2016, the klapa was led by Maestro Remi Kazinoti, and since then, it has been led again by Vilibald Pečenik.
The current lineup of the klapa includes vocalists Maja Frapporti Roglić, Marina Jurić, Marinela Šimundić, Deni Dmitrović, Vanja Bumbak, Linda Kavelj, Irena Mišurac, Mirela Kezić, Ivica Purišić, Josip Zjačić, Neno Grubić, Ivan Bašić, Jere Trumbić, and Tonči Banov, as well as musicians Sunčica Semerad, Vicko Vrgoć, Tanja Kuzmanić, Pjero Bačić, Željko Cvitanović, Luka Semerad, Ognjen Bulj, Mislav Peović, and Domagoj Mijić.
